Symphony No. 6

Symphony No.6 is one of the first blends we all agreed upon! It’s embodies a “symphony of taste” with an easy-drinking espresso exhibiting notes of brown sugar & roasted hazelnuts. We believe it shines as a pour-over where it produces notes of caramel, green apple and litchis with a subtle mango-like sweetness. We enjoy brewing it as a V60 for the clarity of flavour it exhibits due to it’s composition of three beautiful washed coffees.
