single origin specialty coffee roastery roast rwanda inzovu beethoven coffee co

Rwanda Inzovu

This washed Rwandan coffee is produced by the Rwanda Trading Company. It is gathered from small-hold farmers from across the country where it is grown in rich, fertile volcanic soils and is then hulled, sorted and graded in Kigali. We’ve developed a roast profile that we feel highlights the beautiful sparkling acidity this Rwandan naturally exhibits and we find it’s brewed best as any form of manual or filter brew. As a filter it shows notes of granadilla (passion fruit), kiwis and a sparkling lime finish. It has a tea-like body, with a subtle florality that lingers in the finish.
