This beautiful grade one Kochere is back! Another crop of this beautifully grown & produced Kochere has once again won us over. It’s sweet, it’s floral, it’s fruity and it’s delightful citric acidity compliments all the flavours we know and love about coffee from this region. Thoughts from the roastery: stone-fruit & white florals! This is what coffees from this region are FAMOUS for, and coincidentally Ethiopian coffees in general.

Various smallholder farmers contribute a large selection of heirloom varietals to the Haileselassie Ambaye Washing Station in Kochere This Grade One lot (which is the highest quality of Ethiopian Coffee) is from one washing station in the micro region of Kochere. This enables the producers to have a strict handle on the crop quality and as a result the most delicious end cup!
