This is our first Ethiopian release for the new season & we are SUPER excited about it! This coffee is explosively floral and fruity with a bold body and delicately clean aftertaste. Think super sweet peach caramel, with a buttery mouthfeel and subtle fynbos florals for our espresso roast and sweet stonefruit, litchi and white florals for our filter roast. It’s a little party in the mouth a beautiful exhibition of everything that makes Ethiopian coffee wonderful!

Sevenoaks Trading has been working with Amanuel from SAFU Trading for many years in different ways. In the past few years he has set up a Dry Mill in Addis Ababa, and has started buying coffee directly from farmers and processing it for export. Amanuel’s coffees have always stood out among other coffees in similar grade categories. He has a meticulous eye for detail, which comes through in the coffee quality. Garden coffees are grown in and around the houses of small hold farmers and this makes up the bulk of coffee production in Ethiopia.
