This decaffeinated medium-bodied Colombian produces espressos with lingering chocolate and almond notes. It has a bright acidity and as a result it really shines as a milk-beverage. It has been roasted slightly darker to produce a fuller, more flavourful cup exhibiting notes of caramel and almonds when made as a cappuccino.
