When will I receive my coffee?

Currently we roast to order, which means that when you’ve placed your order you can expect it to be on your doorstep within 3-5 working days. We strive to ensure that the freshest coffee possible is delivered to you, every single time, but freshly roasted coffee does require time to degas. The shipping period does act as a buffer zone meaning that your coffee will be ready to enjoy upon arrival.

Can I become a wholesale client?

Queries about your order?

If you think that something is wrong, missing or damaged in your order or you have any questions regarding your order – please email sales@beethovencoffee.co.za 

Can I change my order after I've paid for it?

 Orders can unfortunately not be changed via the website once they have been paid for, for any queries please email sales@beethovencoffee.co.za

What currencies do you acccept?

Payments are processed in South African Rands (ZAR) and prices are subject to change without notice.

Do you have a subscription service?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! 

Why are some coffees recommended for some brew methods?

In our experience some of these coffees have natural characteristics that are more suited some brewing methods than others. We have great respect for the craft and effort that growers put into their coffees and so when we roast we aim to produce the best expression of these characteristics rather than forcing our preferences onto a coffee.
